Created to take advantage of digital tools and small groupings to provide sustained learning, the DEIJB MasterClass provides faculty, staff and administrators the opportunity to connect via videoconferencing to discuss leading schools through meaningful and integrated DEIJ initiatives. Participants meet in small cohorts for one-hour conversations about the necessary strategy areas for success.
